Logistiqo
GETTING STARTED

Get started with Logistiqo.

Whether you're using logistics software for the first time or moving from an existing solution, sign up, set up your workspace and start working.

YOUR FIRST STEPS

A straightforward start with Logistiqo.

From straightforward transport orders and FTL to cross-docking, inventory warehousing or AWB & BoL: Whatever your industry, whether you use Logistiqo as a TMS or WMS, you start on the same web-based platform. The core setup and learning process follow the same approach, even as your workflows become more complex.

  1. Your workspace is ready

After subscribing, you get access to your own browser-based Logistiqo workspace. No local software installation is needed.

  2. Set up the essentials

Enter your company details, set up user accounts and permissions, and configure the essential settings. You can add more features later.

  3. Prepare your business data

You can enter customers and partners directly. If you are switching systems, prepare an export of existing master data; a structured transfer is assessed based on the file format.

  4. Start your first workflow

Create a transport order, plan a shipment or try a warehouse process. Expand your setup as your operations grow.

  5. Set up communication

Connect your email accounts and add signatures whenever you're ready. Then send messages and documents directly from Logistiqo and keep your communication consistent.

  6. All set – you're ready to go.

Bringing data from another system, or would you like personal guidance? Explore both options just below.

EXISTING DATA

Already have data? Bring it along.

Typical master data

Customers, contacts, partners, drivers and vehicles can often be exported as Excel or CSV files. We assess whether an import is possible.

Historical operations

Completed shipments, invoices and accounting entries often remain accessible in the previous system or an archive. Full migration is assessed separately.

Data transfer does not happen automatically when you sign up. The scope, file format and responsibility for importing must be agreed in advance.

OPTIONAL PERSONAL GUIDANCE

Start independently. Fine-tune together.

You can complete the basic Logistiqo setup independently. If you would like personal guidance during setup or after your first steps, you can book a paid Expert Session directly within Logistiqo. Together, we will review your settings and first workflows, answer your questions and share practical tips for your business.

Ongoing transactions should be considered when planning the changeover. Depending on the processes involved, a cutover date and a practical way of completing open operations in the previous or new system can be agreed.
First export the master data you need from your previous system, for example as Excel or CSV files. Typical records include customers, contacts, partners, drivers and vehicles. Whether the files can be imported, which structure is required and who performs the import depend on the source system and data quality and must be clarified beforehand. A data transfer does not start automatically with a subscription.
Historical operations are more complex than master data: a shipment or invoice can depend on many linked records and workflows. A complete migration is therefore not part of a standard master data import and must be assessed separately. Historical records can often remain accessible in the former system or a suitable archive.
