Internal use requires at least one Administrator license, with additional User licenses added as needed. The app, customer portal and API are optional add-ons.

Yes. Additional users, access types and integrations can be added later, so your setup can grow with your team and processes without requiring you to define every future need at the start.

You can choose between a 12-month term and a monthly term. The 12-month plan has a three-month cancellation notice before the end of the term; the monthly plan has a one-week notice period. Without cancellation, the contract renews for the respective term.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The payment methods available for your account are shown during checkout and may vary by country and configuration.

No. Ongoing costs are transparently made up of the base price, selected user licenses and optional add-ons. Custom development, project support, training or Expert Sessions are additional services and are only charged when explicitly ordered.

No. Each active internal user needs their own login and corresponding license. This keeps permissions, traceability and billing clear. Drivers, warehouse staff and customers use the dedicated app or portal access types when needed.

For more complex requirements, we offer guided implementation covering configuration, data migration, training and testing. Additional project services or Expert Sessions can be booked separately.
