Save instructions for a sender/receiver address

Save instructions for a sender/receiver address so that the instructions appear automatically as soon as the address has been selected in a shipment.

For a location as sender/receiver address:

1. Go to “Contacts>Locations” in the menu.
2. In the table select the address for which you want to define the instructions or create a new address if it does not already exist.
3. In the “Instructions” field, enter the instruction text that should be defined at this address.
4. Click on “Save”.
5. Every time you select this address in a shipment, the defined instruction is automatically adopted.

For a company as sender/receiver address:

1. Go to “Contacts>Company” in the menu.
2. In the table below, select the company for which you want to save the instructions or create a new company.
3. Click “File>Instructions”. In the “Instructions” pop-up, enter the instruction text that should be saved with this company.
4. Close the pop-up and click “Save”.
5. Every time you select this company in a shipment as sender or receiver, the saved instruction is automatically adopted.
