Invoice batch: create invoices automatically

To create invoices automatically and according to certain criteria, proceed as follows:

1. Go to “Accountancy>Debtors>Invoice Batch” in the menu.
2. The table below shows all shipments that have not yet been invoiced.
3. Basically, the automatic invoice creation depends on how you have deposited the criteria with the customer. This means, for example, that if you have selected “Batch invoice” for the customer, all shipments are automatically merged and invoiced in a collective invoice or if you have selected “Weekly Invoice” for the customer, collective invoices are created per week.
4. The following settings and filter options are available in the window:
   1. Verified: Filter and invoice all shipments that have the checkmark “Released for invoicing”.
   2. POD: Filter and invoice all shipments that have the status “POD”.
   3. From date, to date: Narrowing down the period according to the collection date of the shipment.
   4. Invoice date: Specify the invoice date.
   5. In addition to the above setting and filter options, you can filter according to certain criteria in the table below. So in the table you can search e.g. for a specific customer, then only the invoices for the filtered customer are automatically generated.
5. Click “Start” to create the invoices.
6. The invoices are now created. You can see the progress in the “Shipments” table on the right of the window.
7. The shipments for which an invoice was created disappear in the table (click the “Refresh” icon at the top of the bar to update the table).
8. In “Accountancy>Debtors>Invoice register”, you can now see all the invoices you have created and can view and check them.
